About Us
Coastal Yacht and Home Management started off as, Centurion Professional Home Tenders in the year 2000. Its owner, Paul C., created a licensed and insured home, property and yacht management business.
Paul, a gainfully employed law-enforcement officer for over 28 years, has extensive experience in managing homes and in yacht management and servicing. Paul also holds a USCG Master 100 ton Mariners License.
Our company is one that can be trusted, is reliable and has the best interests of our clients in mind. We are ethical and honorable in all of our business dealings.

Estate Management
Coastal performs an in-depth inspection of your primary residence or vacation home. We can do this while you are in-residence or not in-residence.
If we find a need for repair(s), we will explain the need, and consult with you as to hiring a contractor(s) of your choice to perform the necessary services.
If you are not familiar with local contractors, we will recommend quality businesses that have proven to be dependable. We will then schedule, monitor and coordinate the work that needs to be performed by the contractor of your choice.
Communication is of upmost importance in these types of management situations and we always keep you up to date.
Property Management
We rely on top-notch landscapers and lawn-care services, making certain they do a professional job that meets your high expectations.
We can also recommend tree-care experts who are familiar with local regulations regarding tree trimming and removal of various indigenous and non-native trees.
We will provide landscaping, lawn maintenance services and tree-care experts, as well as monitor the property for issues of vicarious liability.
We strive to assist our clients in relieving some of the pressures of their high-powered contemporary lifestyles in an ethical and moral fashion.

Yacht Management
No matter if you're trying to sell, maintain, or lease your vessel, Coastal is there for you, and we will tailor our management protocols around your specific needs.
The owner of each yacht has needs that are vessel specific. Because of this, we realize that you can not put a general label on when maintenance or work should be performed.
In a static environment, Coastal Yacht Management recommends the following:
- At least four washes with chamois dry per month
- Two interior cleanings per month
- Weekly surveys
- Fresh water top-offs
- Covering and storing of cushions
- Inspection of all dock lines
- Depending on the yacht, topside wax every three to four months
- Hull waxing every six months
- Polish all stainless every three months
- Bottom cleaning every month, depending on conditions
